Description
While creating a Paragraph Writing question, the system displays a validation error "Validation failed — options: Invalid url" even though the Image URL field is marked as Optional.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Create Question.
Select Paragraph Writing.
Fill in all the required fields:
Question Text
Subject
Topic
Difficulty
Writing Prompt
Marking Rubric
Leave the Image URL (Optional) field empty.
Click Save Question.
